What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging lessons 1:1 or in small groups
- Support learners in core subjects (English, Maths, Science – or your specialism)
- Track student progress and provide clear feedback
- Adapt lessons for SEN, SEMH, or other additional learning needs
- Motivate and inspire learners to reach their potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in tutoring, schools, or alternative education
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Patient, adaptable, and approachable
- Qualifications desirable: Degree, PGCE, QTS – experience can compensate
