Are you passionate about helping people achieve their potential? Do you have experience in education, business, retail, care, hospitality, trades, or another people-focused environment? We're looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join us as Level 4 Job Coaches.
Job Coaches come from a wide range of backgrounds. Some are Learning Support Assistants or Teaching Assistants seeking a more focused career path, while others bring valuable real-world experience from industry, customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or skilled trades.
In this rewarding role, you will support vulnerable learners to build confidence, develop employability skills, and succeed in real workplace settings. You'll act as a mentor, motivator, and problem-solver, helping individuals overcome barriers and move towards meaningful employment and greater independence.
