Hours: Flexible (Part-time and Full-time available)

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to support a range of primary schools across the Watford area.

  • Support pupils in line with the National Curriculum
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
  • Provide small group interventions and 1:1 support for pupils who need additional help
  • Help establish and maintain positive routines for students

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain it)
  • Passionate and dedicated to making a positive impact on children’s development and education
  • All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
