We are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Business Studies to join our ambitious and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about developing students' understanding of business, enterprise and entrepreneurship, while helping them build the knowledge and transferable skills needed for future study and employment.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are committed to delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students to achieve their very best. The successful candidate will teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering high-quality lessons that encourage students to develop commercial awareness, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

You will create a stimulating learning environment where students are challenged to apply their knowledge to real‑world business scenarios and are supported to achieve excellent outcomes. You will be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour, using assessment effectively to drive progress and adapting your practice to meet the needs of all learners.

As a valued member of the department, you will contribute to curriculum development and play an active role in the wider life of the school. We are seeking a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or is working towards achieving it, and who has a strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum.

You will be an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner with high expectations of students, excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the school community. You will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and be committed to your own professional development, sharing our ambition to provide an outstanding educational experience that prepares young people for success in higher education, apprenticeships and the world of work.
