An excellent mainstream primary school in Warrington is recruiting for a SEND Inclusion Room Leader to take responsibility for leading a dedicated provision for pupils with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner who is confident in leading provision, supporting staff, and ensuring pupils receive high-quality, tailored support.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the inclusion room
- Designing and implementing individualised support strategies
- Supporting and guiding other Teaching Assistants within the provision
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting interventions accordingly
- Working closely with the SENCo, parents, and whole school team
Requirements / Qualifications
- Strong experience working with SEND, including SEMH and ASD
- Confident leading a small team and taking initiative
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Passionate about inclusive education and improving pupil outcomes
