Teaching Personnel is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Warrington to support pupils in the inclusion unit. You will work with students who have EHCPs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) on a 1:1 and small group basis, applying tailored strategies and behaviour plans to foster progress.
The role involves close collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO, monitoring progress and helping to maintain a calm, structured classroom.
