We are delighted to be supporting an Ofsted Outstanding primary school in the recruitment of a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time position starting in September 2026. The Role
- As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality learning interventions and covering classes where required.
- Supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment of lessons.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and senior leaders.
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and SEMH.
