An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HLTA to join a well-regarded primary school in Warrington.

This role is ideal for someone confident in leading learning and delivering lessons across a range of year groups.

You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, including covering classes in the absence of the teacher and delivering planned lessons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading whole-class teaching when required
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
  • Supporting pupil progress through targeted interventions
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • HLTA status or equivalent experience
  • Strong curriculum knowledge across primary phases
  • Confidence managing a classroom independently
  • A proactive and flexible approach
