An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HLTA to join a well-regarded primary school in Warrington.
This role is ideal for someone confident in leading learning and delivering lessons across a range of year groups.
You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, including covering classes in the absence of the teacher and delivering planned lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading whole-class teaching when required
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Supporting pupil progress through targeted interventions
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Strong curriculum knowledge across primary phases
- Confidence managing a classroom independently
- A proactive and flexible approach
