Do you have the experience, resilience and enthusiasm to support children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist educational setting in Warminster from September 2026, with the opportunity for an earlier start for the right individual. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young learners overcome barriers to education.

We are looking for a confident professional who can hit the ground running, quickly build positive relationships and provide consistent support from day one. Previous experience working within SEND provisions is essential. Working alongside experienced teachers and wider professionals, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning in a safe, structured and nurturing environment.

Every day will be different, requiring flexibility, patience and the ability to adapt your approach to meet individual learning styles. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and within small groups
