Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Swindon.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Teaching Assistants (TA)
- Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
- Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified)
Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed
Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available
You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
- ADHD and associated behavioural needs
- Sensory processing difficulties

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

- Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs
(For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified - experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential. No prior SEN experience? Don't worry - if you're committed and eager to learn, we'll provide training and guidance to help you succeed.
