- Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons to secondary-aged students
- Adapt teaching to meet a range of individual learning needs

- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team
- Track student progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews
- Support students' academic, social and emotional development
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is required, along with:
- Experience teaching English at secondary level
- Previous experience working within an SEN setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A patient, flexible and enthusiastic approach to supporting young people
