Teaching Personnel is hiring an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students aged 11–16 in a Walsall area school.

The role involves delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions, classroom support, and collaboration with teachers and SEND staff to raise attainment.

You will work 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a permanent, full-time contract and a salary of Β£24,600–£27,400 per annum.
