Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, adaptable lessons within your subject specialism
- Support students with SEMH needs through consistent and structured approaches

- Work closely with support staff and external professionals
- Monitor progress and tailor teaching to meet individual needs
- Build strong relationships that encourage trust, motivation and participation
Qualifications
- QTS (or equivalent)
- Strong subject knowledge (all specialisms considered)
- Confident behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
Desirable
- Experience within SEMH, SEND or alternative provision settings
- Understanding of behaviour strategies and trauma-informed practice
- Experience working with disengaged or vulnerable learners
