Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for a Nursery class, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and early learning goals.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s personal, social, and emotional development and encourages curiosity and independence.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to colleagues, contributing to shared professional development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
- Build positive, professional relationships by liaising effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to support each child’s overall wellbeing and progress.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress regularly, identify individual learning needs, and implement targeted strategies to help every child reach their full early learning potential.
