Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a full-time SEND Pathways Support Mentor at a specialist SEND school in the Hailsham area, East Sussex.

You will join a Pathways provision to help pupils regulate, rebuild confidence and overcome barriers to learning before reintegration into lessons.

You will work with teachers and pastoral staff as a trusted adult to support pupils' access to learning.

A calm, resilient approach is essential; SEND/SEMH experience is beneficial.
