Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re currently working with schools who are looking for caring and committed Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally, helping them reach their full potential.

The role includes:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
  • Supporting students with SEN, including additional learning or behavioural needs
  • Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is patient, caring, and approachable
  • Has experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
