We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Stanley, starting as soon from September. This is a full-time role working 1:1 with SEN pupils.

To be considered, you must have:

  • Relevant SEN experience, ideally in a primary or early years setting
  • A Level 3 qualification or above (Teaching Assistant, Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning, etc.)
  • A nurturing, proactive attitude and a willingness to build positive relationships
  • Confidence using play-based approaches and adapting learning to individual needs
