We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team from September 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is suitable for teachers with either Primary or Secondary experience who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs.
Students:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support academic progress, communication, independence, and personal development.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure each pupil receives a holistic and inclusive education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be motivated to pursue teacher training.
- Have previous experience working within a SEN environment (desirable).
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching.
- Be patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs.
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Additional Information:
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, though the option to make the role permanent may become available later.
