The Role
- Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Help build confidence, engagement, and positive behaviour
- Support children with a range of needs, including additional learning needs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
No formal qualifications are required – we value experience and attitude above all else. You may have experience such as:
- Sports coaching
