About the Role

We are looking for aSEN Teaching Assistantwho are ready to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs. You’ll be providing1:1 and small group support, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity where no two days are the same!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students fromearly years through to young adulthoodwith severe learning difficulties and additional needs.
  • Working closely with teachers and other professionals todeliver tailored learning support.
  • Creating asafe, inclusive, and engaginglearning environment.
  • Assisting with classroom activities andencouraging student participation.
  • Full-time hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm– enjoy your weekends off!
  • Term-time onlyposition – perfect for work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuinepassion for supporting childrenand helping them grow – essential!
  • Experience or understanding ofautism, learning disabilities, and other SEN.
  • A currentDBS on the update service, or willingness to apply.
  • Positive attitude,strong initiative, and the ability to follow guidance from teaching staff – essential qualities!
