Role Overview:
What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in students' learning during teacher absences.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects.
- Supporting the learning environment while maintaining behaviour and focus.
- Taking registers and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Building positive relationships with students and staff.
- Adapting quickly to the needs of different classrooms.
