Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools in Chelmsford, and we are currently recruiting individuals for Cover Supervisor roles.

A teaching qualification is not required to be successful in this role—just relevant and up-to-date experience working with young people. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone considering a career in education.

This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. It’s a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where lesson plans will always be provided.
