We\’re now recruiting committed Functional Skills teachers to deliver engaging, tailored lessons in Stapleford and the surrounding areas.
- Deliver high-quality Functional Skills tuition in Maths and/or English to individuals or small groups
- Plan lessons that suit each learner’s needs, ability, and learning style
- Build confidence by making real-world connections and simplifying key concepts
- Provide constructive feedback to support continuous progress
- Follow safeguarding and child protection policies at all times
- Confident in teaching Functional Skills Maths and/or English (Entry Level to Level 2)
- Experienced in supporting learners with SEND and/or SEMH needs
- Patient, adaptable, and creative in your teaching approach
- A strong communicator who motivates and inspires students
- Up to date with safeguarding training
- Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS
