Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years and helping them thrive through play, care, and learning? We’re looking for Level 3 qualified Nursery Teaching Assistants to join welcoming Early Years settings in the Cornwall area. These roles offer flexibility and the potential for long-term or permanent positions for the right candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the daily care and development of children aged 0–5
- Assisting with activities, routines, feeding, and personal care
- Helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
- Working as part of a team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families
- Observing and recording children’s progress to support their learning journey
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
- Experience in nursery or early years settings
- A proactive, caring, and hands-on approach
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable – training can be provided for the right candidate)
- Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
