Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a friendly and well-regarded primary school in the Truro area, seeking a Year 5 Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential to become permanent, offering the chance to truly become part of a supportive school community.
You will be taking on a Year 5 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils through a key stage in their learning journey.
Ideal Candidate- An experienced KS2 teacher
- An ECT looking to secure their first long-term placement
- A teacher looking for a fresh start in a supportive environment
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons aligned to the KS2 curriculum
- Preparing pupils for upper KS2 and early SATs expectations
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN needs
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to support achievement
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 (ideally Year 5 or Upper KS2)
