About the Role

You will be working within an Additionally Resourced Base (ARB) supporting pupils with a range of needs such as:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Communication and interaction difficulties
  • SEMH and regulation needs

Your role will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
  • Supporting routines, transitions and emotional regulation.
  • Adapting activities to support access to learning.
  • Encouraging independence and confidence.
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.
  • Creating a calm, safe and structured environment.
