About the Role
You will be working within an Additionally Resourced Base (ARB) supporting pupils with a range of needs such as:
- Autism (ASC)
- Communication and interaction difficulties
- SEMH and regulation needs
Your role will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
- Supporting routines, transitions and emotional regulation.
- Adapting activities to support access to learning.
- Encouraging independence and confidence.
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.
- Creating a calm, safe and structured environment.
