Pay: £90 – £110 per day

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join secondary schools across Cardiff as Trainee Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS3 pupil in a mainstream school in the Cardiff CF5 area. The Role
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll work with students who have Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
ADHD
Dyslexia
Social, emotional and behavioural needs
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one and small-group support
Assisting students with classwork and learning activities
Supporting inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
Who We’re Looking For

Education, healthcare, social care or youth work
Sports Coaching, mentoring or tutoring
Military or lab technician backgrounds
Anyone with a genuine passion for supporting young people
You’ll also need:
A positive, proactive and patient approach

Willingness to complete funded training
Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check (full support provided)
