£28,000 - £34,000 base salary depending on experience plus £5k to £20k extra in OTE.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in SEND, you'll build meaningful relationships with schools and education professionals, matching outstanding talent with opportunities where they can make a lasting impact. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for developing new business, growing existing partnerships and becoming a trusted adviser to your schools. Success comes from building genuine relationships, understanding your clients' challenges and thinking creatively to find solutions. You'll enjoy uncovering opportunities, opening doors and finding new ways to win business while delivering an exceptional service.

About You
