Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a passionate and energetic team of 18 based in Bracknell. Very accessible via public transport. We are straight talkers and value open and fluid communication - it is our strong belief that everyone's thoughts and ideas count in our journey of continuous improvement.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. You'll be helping schools and educational institutions find the right talent - and helping great people find jobs they love.
- Building long-term client relationships
- Attending client visits and meetings (both virtual and in-person)
You'll receive full training and ongoing support - no prior recruitment experience needed.
We're interested in graduates from any discipline who bring:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing role is a bonus.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car - While you'll be based in our city centre office, you'll also be visiting clients across your region which could be outside city centres. We will still consider applicants without a Full Driving License dependant on location and travel logistics.
