What You’ll Do As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you’ll support students aged 11–18, many of whom have Additional Learning Needs (ALN) such as: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD Dyslexia Emotional and behavioural difficulties Your role will involve: One-to-one and small group support Assisting with classroom learning Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour What We’re Looking For Previous experience in education, healthcare, social work, learning support, or youth work A passion for helping young people learn and grow Willingness to complete essential training (fully funded by us) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and positive attitude Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (support provided) Why Join Us?
