Graduate Opportunity: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary: Competitive Starting Salary £26,984.10 + Commission + Career Progression Full Time | Permanent | Immediate/Summer &September 2025 Starts Available As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll be working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. You\’ll be helping schools and educational institutions find the right talent – and helping great people find jobs they love. Building long-term client relationships Attending client visits and meetings (both virtual and in-person) You\’ll receive full training and ongoing support – no prior recruitment experience needed. We\’re interested in graduates from any discipline who bring: Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing role is a bonus. A full UK driving licence and access to a car – While you\’ll be based in our city centre office, you\’ll also be visiting clients across your region which could be outside city centres.
