Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Behaviour Support Mentor to join a welcoming team at a secondary school in Trafford from September.
This full-time role focuses on delivering targeted interventions to support students' behavioural development and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
You will work closely with the classroom teacher and SENCO, provide 1:1 support for KS3 and KS4 students, and help develop individual behaviour plans.
