Teaching Personnel are working with a number of primary schools across the Torbay area who are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to begin a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils within the classroom to enhance their learning and development.
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
• Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children with additional needs where necessary.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (school, childcare, coaching, youth work or similar).
• Are patient, caring, and adaptable.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Are passionate about making a difference in children's education.
• Hold a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
