We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team from January 2026. This role involves supporting pupils across all ages and a wide range of needs, working closely with teaching staff to provide an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils individually and in small groups across different age ranges
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Supporting pupils with additional, behavioural, and learning needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive setting
About the Role
- Start date: January 2026
- Hours: Full-time (job share considered)
- A walk-around of the setting can be arranged prior to appointment
