Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Assistants to support Early Years settings across Torquay. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or looking to begin your career in childcare, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children aged 0–4 in daily routines and developmental activities

- Following safeguarding and EYFS framework guidelines
What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with children (professional or voluntary) is highly desirable

- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work across different settings
- Level 2/3 Early Years qualification is a bonus—but not essential
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel)
