As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
- Create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive
- Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) through differentiated teaching
- Assess progress and provide effective feedback to help pupils achieve their potential
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil development
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Are passionate about inspiring young learners
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Can adapt lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
- Are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
