The Role As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Assisting class teachers with the delivery of engaging learning activities. Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development. Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to support pupil progress. Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials. About You We are looking for candidates who: Have a passion for supporting children and young people.
