Location: Tidworth, Wiltshire

Start Date: Ongoing, with focus on September 2026 transition

Daily Rate: £90–£94 per day

Hours: Approx. 6.5 hours per day (school hours)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to support young learners in a school setting. This role is ideal for someone who wants a better work-life balance while continuing to have a meaningful impact on children’s early development. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils in Early Years, particularly those preparing to transition into Reception in September 2026. Whether working within the classroom or delivering targeted 1:1 interventions, your support will help build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting teaching and learning within an Early Years environment
  • Assisting children as they prepare for the transition into Reception
  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance
  • Creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning atmosphere
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
  • Hands-on experience working with children in an Early Years setting
  • A current DBS on the Update Service
  • Strong, recent professional references
  • A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners
