We are seeking an enthusiastic Secondary SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Thrapston, working with students across Key Stage 3 & 4 with additional learning, behavioural, and emotional needs. Role: Secondary SEN Teacher
Location: Thrapston
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Setting: On-site, SEN & Alternative Provision
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional behavioural needs
- Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
- Encourage student progress, wellbeing, and independence
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and wider school teams
- Promote positive behaviour and strong student relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
