Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistants Needed – Cardiff

Teaching Personnel is urgently recruiting Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across ALL areas of Cardiff. Demand is extremely high and schools are requesting cover daily — we are looking to onboard as many Welsh speakers as possible immediately.

The Role

  • Support pupils in Welsh-medium and bilingual settings
  • Work across Foundation Phase, KS2 and Secondary
  • Opportunities for day-to-day supply, long-term, and potential permanent roles
