The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.
We are recruiting for a teacher for a Year 8 class, starting in September 2026. As a teacher your role will be varied throughout the day, but your main objective will be to deliver high quality lessons, plan sessions and encourage positive behaviours and mindsets to impressionable young people of teenage years.
Positivity is essential in this role, as the class sizes are relatively small – up to 8 students per class, allowing you to fully interact and engage with them, to help achieve their full learning potential.
Qualifications and Experience- Have experience working in a classroom setting
- Have experience working with students of secondary ages
- Have experience planning and delivering lessons
- Comfortable with thinking and working quickly on your feet
- Available to work full time (Monday to Friday)
- A teaching qualification is not essential but may work to your advantage. As long as you have experience of delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviours, we would love to hear from you.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
