Here at Teaching Personnel, we are working with schools in Maidenhead to provide Teaching Assistant support to cover staff absences. The days can vary depending on the needs of the school and you must be available to confirm attendance by a phone call between 7am and 8am. The days can work around you and your commitments. Experience preferred but not essential. Driver preferred but not essential.
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to provide outstanding care and support.
Responsibilities:- Supporting all students when needed inside and outside the classroom
- Working as part of a team
- Following all policies and procedures
- Setting up classrooms/activities to support learning and development
- Reporting all observations and monitoring student behaviours
- Supporting students with their well-being, development and medical needs
- Working 1:1 or with small groups
