We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutors based in or around Thame to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. This role is ideal for tutors who are passionate about supporting learners with additional needs and making a genuine impact on their education and confidence.
The Role
- You will provide 1:1 tuition for students with Special Educational Needs, including:
- ASD
- ADHD
- Dyslexia
- SEMH and related needs
- Assessing individual learning needs and starting points
- Planning and delivering tailored schemes of work
- Adapting lessons to suit each learner
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback
Requirements
- You must hold QTS or have a minimum of 3 years tutoring experience
- Have proven experience working with SEN students
- Be confident in planning and delivering personalised tuition
- Be reliable, patient, and professional
- Be able to travel across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire
