Are you a caring, patient and motivated individual with a passion for supporting young children with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Blackpool from September.

About the Role

You will be working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference during a crucial stage of development, helping children to access learning, build confidence and thrive socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCo and external professionals
  • Support communication, social interaction and emotional development
  • Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor progress and contribute to observations and reports

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with children in EYFS or a similar setting
