The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (secondary/primary/SEN) and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression – and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to:

  • Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
  • Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
  • Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
  • Be a data input and data management wizard
