Teaching Assistants — Primary (Wisbech & Kings Lynn) Contract: Temp to long-term/permanent potential Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30–3:30 (full-time & part-time available) Start: Ongoing The Role Support pupils across primary year groups in welcoming, well-resourced schools in Wisbech & Kings Lynn and surrounding villages. Posts include 1:1 support and general classroom TA work—both in class and, at times, outside. You will: Assist with learning activities and classroom routines Adapt support for pupils with varying needs and abilities Promote positive behaviour and safeguarding at all times Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff About You Experience: 6+ months in a school or similar educational setting within the last 3 years Qualification: TA qualification desirable (not essential) Safeguarding: Willing to complete interview/reference checks and hold (or obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Why Teaching Personnel?
