Teaching Personnel is working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Swadlincote and the wider South Derbyshire area. These schools place a strong focus on inclusion, pupil wellbeing, and creating positive learning environments where every child can thrive. Many of the schools we support work closely with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role will be key in helping children feel supported, engaged, and confident in their learning.
Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between schools across Swadlincote and surrounding areas may be required.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Supervising classes during teacher absences and maintaining continuity of learning.
- Providing targeted support to pupils, including those with SEN and SEMH needs.
