Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support - Stoke-on-Trent (Day-to-Day Cover)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas
Pay: £90- £115 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day, flexible supply
Teaching Personnel are recruiting Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Support staff to work on a day-to-day supply basis across mainstream primary and secondary schools, as well as SEN and SEMH settings in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work that fits around other commitments, whether that's study, family, part-time work, or gaining experience in education. Experience is helpful but not essential — we’re particularly keen to hear from people with transferable skills from roles such as care, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, support work, or customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Assist with learning, engagement and behaviour management
- Help maintain a calm, safe and structured classroom environment
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN / SEMH
- Work alongside teachers and school staff to support daily routines
