We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to work across a variety of primary, secondary, and SEN schools throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr and Caerphilly.
About the Role
- Support pupils across a range of ages and abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils build confidence and progress
- Promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to meet the individual needs of pupils
What We’re Looking For
- Patient, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping children succeed
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in different school settings
- Confident engaging with children of varying ages and abilities
- A strong communicator and team player
- Welsh-speaking (desirable, but not essential)
