A primary school in the Vale of Glamorgan are seeking committed and compassionate Teaching Assistants to provide vital classroom support across Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2. Whether you\'re experienced or looking to take your first steps in education, this is an exciting opportunity to help children grow, learn, and thrive.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils\' academic, social, and emotional development, working alongside experienced teachers and inclusion teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons.

Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom organisation.

Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who need additional support.

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children in a school, nursery, care or youth setting.

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different classroom needs.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

An interest in education, child development, or inclusion.

An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable but not essential.
